Plain terms for a small tool. Using Risers means agreeing to these.
작은 도구에 맞는 간단한 약관입니다. Risers를 사용하시면 이 약관에 동의하신 것이 됩니다.
Risers draws choir seating charts, keeps a roster, and — on Pro — records rehearsal attendance and syncs between your devices. The free tier covers the seating chart, the roster and syncing. Pro costs US$5 per month, is billed by Stripe, and may be cancelled at any time from Account → Manage subscription, taking effect at the end of the period you have paid for.
Risers는 합창단 좌석 배치도를 그리고 명단을 관리하며, Pro에서는 연습 출석을 기록하고 기기 간 동기화를 제공합니다. 무료 이용 범위는 배치도·명단·동기화입니다. Pro는 월 미화 5달러이며 Stripe가 청구하고, 계정 → 구독 관리에서 언제든 해지하실 수 있습니다. 해지는 이미 결제한 기간이 끝날 때 적용됩니다.
You must be 18 or older to hold an account. Keep your password to yourself; you are responsible for what is done with your account. One account belongs to one person — if a department needs several conductors, each takes their own.
계정은 만 18세 이상만 가질 수 있습니다. 비밀번호는 본인만 알고 계셔야 하며, 계정으로 이루어진 일에 대한 책임은 본인에게 있습니다. 계정 하나는 한 사람의 것입니다. 여러 지휘자가 필요한 부서라면 각자 계정을 만드셔야 합니다.
The roster is yours, and it is also other people’s names. By entering them you confirm that you are entitled to do so — that you are the choir’s director or have their permission, and, where the singers are children in an educational setting, that your institution has authorised the use. You will not enter information the app does not ask for: no identification numbers, no health information, no dates of birth, no addresses.
명단은 여러분의 것이면서 동시에 다른 사람들의 이름입니다. 입력하심으로써, 그렇게 할 권한이 있다는 것 — 해당 합창단의 지휘자이거나 허락을 받았다는 것, 그리고 단원이 교육 현장의 어린이인 경우 기관의 승인을 받았다는 것 — 을 확인하시는 것입니다. 앱이 묻지 않는 정보는 입력하지 않으셔야 합니다. 식별번호, 건강 정보, 생년월일, 주소는 넣지 마십시오.
We will not sell your roster, show advertising from an advertising network inside the app, use your data to train any model, or read your choir except when you ask us to help with a problem and give permission. The advertisement strip shown to free accounts is plain text and links sold directly by us; it loads nothing from anywhere and sees nothing about you.
저희는 명단을 판매하지 않고, 앱 안에 광고 네트워크의 광고를 띄우지 않으며, 자료를 모델 학습에 쓰지 않고, 문제 해결을 도와 달라고 요청하시고 허락하신 경우가 아니면 합창단 자료를 들여다보지 않습니다. 무료 계정에 보이는 광고 띠는 저희가 직접 판매한 글과 링크이고, 어디에서도 무엇을 불러오지 않으며, 보는 분에 대해 아무것도 알지 못합니다.
If Pro is not what you expected, write to us within 30 days of a charge and we will refund it in full, without argument. Cancelling stops future charges; we do not pro-rate a month already begun, other than under this refund promise.
Pro가 기대와 다르다면 결제일로부터 30일 이내에 연락 주세요. 이유를 따지지 않고 전액 환불해 드립니다. 해지하면 이후 청구가 멈추며, 이미 시작된 달은 이 환불 약속에 해당하는 경우를 제외하고 일할 계산하지 않습니다.
This is a small program run by one person. It is built carefully and tested, but it comes with no guarantee of uninterrupted service and no warranty beyond what the law requires. Export a backup before anything that matters — Settings → Export backup — and keep it. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to what you have paid us in the previous twelve months.
이것은 한 사람이 운영하는 작은 프로그램입니다. 신중하게 만들고 시험하지만, 중단 없는 서비스를 보장하지 않으며 법이 요구하는 것 이상의 보증을 하지 않습니다. 중요한 일을 앞두고는 설정 → 백업 내보내기로 백업을 받아 두시고 보관하십시오. 법이 허용하는 범위에서, 저희의 총 배상 책임은 직전 12개월 동안 저희에게 지불하신 금액을 한도로 합니다.
You may delete your account at any time from inside the app, and everything goes with it. We may close an account that is used to break the law or to harm someone, and will say why. If we ever shut the service down, we will give at least 90 days’ notice and keep exports working throughout.
계정은 언제든 앱 안에서 삭제하실 수 있고, 삭제하면 자료도 함께 사라집니다. 법을 어기거나 누군가를 해치는 데 사용된 계정은 저희가 종료할 수 있으며, 그 이유를 알려 드립니다. 서비스를 종료하게 되는 경우에는 최소 90일 전에 공지하고, 그 기간 내내 내보내기 기능을 유지합니다.
The app, its design and its code are © 2026 Sinhaeng Lee. Your roster, your charts and your attendance records are yours; we claim nothing in them. The open-source components the app uses are listed in the app under Settings → About Risers, with their licences.

These terms are governed by the law of the State of New York, United States. Nothing here takes away a right you have under the consumer law of the place you live, and where an institution signs a separate agreement with us, that agreement governs the handling of its records.
이 약관은 미국 뉴욕주 법을 준거법으로 합니다. 거주하시는 곳의 소비자법상 권리를 이 약관이 빼앗지 않으며, 기관이 저희와 별도 계약을 체결한 경우 해당 기관 기록의 처리에는 그 계약이 우선합니다.
