Billing, cancellation & refunds

Service information prepared 6 October 2026. This page explains existing billing and refund terms; it does not reduce your rights.

Free or Pro

Free includes two rosters and two basic choir charts. Pro has a base price of US$5 per month, plus applicable tax, and renews monthly until cancelled. If checkout offers a local currency, check the currency, recurring price, tax and total before confirming. Closing checkout without completing payment does not purchase Pro.

Who handles the payment?

Jari is operated by Sinhaeng Lee in Manlius, New York, United States. For transactions processed through Stripe Managed Payments, Stripe's designated merchant-of-record entity handles the sale and applicable indirect tax within its coverage. The seller and transaction terms appear at checkout and on your receipt. A zero tax amount does not mean every location or transaction is tax-exempt.

Cancel the next renewal

  1. Sign in to Jari and open the account button showing your initials or name.
  2. Select Manage subscription to open the billing portal.
  3. Complete the cancellation before the next billing date. Check the displayed effective date and save the confirmation. Do not assume cancellation is complete just because you opened the portal.

The portal shows whether cancellation ends access immediately or at the end of the paid period. Closing the browser or not using Jari does not cancel a subscription. Export important work before account deletion.

If the portal is unavailable or you cannot sign in, request cancellation by email. Include the account email and, if available, the receipt reference. Do not send passwords, full card numbers or choir rosters. Account deletion and cancellation are different actions; contact us if you need both.

30-day full refund

If Pro is not what you expected, contact us within 30 days of a charge and we will refund that charge in full, without argument. This is not limited to your first charge. Request a refund and tell us whether you also want to cancel future renewals. Cancellation alone is not a refund request. Outside this promise, months already begun are not prorated except where required by law. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Refund processing is through the payment service. We do not promise an instant bank credit; timing depends on the payment provider and bank.

무료와 Pro

무료로 로스터 2개와 기본 합창 자리표 2개를 이용할 수 있습니다. Pro 기본 가격은 월 미화 5달러에 해당 세금이 추가되며 해지할 때까지 매월 갱신됩니다. 현지 통화가 제공되면 결제 확정 전에 통화·정기 결제 가격·세금·총액을 확인하세요. 결제하지 않고 결제 창을 닫으면 Pro를 구매한 것이 아닙니다.

결제 처리 주체

Jari 운영자는 미국 뉴욕주 Manlius의 Sinhaeng Lee입니다. Stripe Managed Payments로 처리되는 거래는 Stripe가 지정한 법적 판매자가 판매 및 지원 범위의 해당 간접세를 처리합니다. 판매자와 거래 조건은 결제 화면 및 영수증에서 확인하세요. 세금이 0이라고 모든 지역·거래가 비과세인 것은 아닙니다.

다음 갱신 해지

  1. Jari에 로그인하고 이름이나 이니셜이 표시된 계정 버튼을 누르세요.
  2. 구독 관리(Manage subscription)를 눌러 결제 포털을 여세요.
  3. 다음 청구일 전에 해지를 완료하세요. 표시된 적용일을 확인하고 확인 내용을 보관하세요. 포털을 여는 것만으로 해지되지는 않습니다.

포털에는 즉시 또는 결제 기간 말 중 적용되는 이용 종료 시점이 표시됩니다. 브라우저를 닫거나 사용하지 않는 것만으로 구독이 해지되지 않습니다. 계정 삭제 전 중요한 자료를 백업하세요.

로그인이나 포털 이용이 안 되면 이메일로 해지를 요청하세요. 계정 이메일과 가능하면 영수증 참조 정보를 알려주세요. 비밀번호·전체 카드번호·단원 명단은 보내지 마세요. 계정 삭제와 구독 해지는 다른 작업이므로 둘 다 원하면 알려주세요.

30일 이내 전액 환불

Pro가 기대와 다르다면 결제일로부터 30일 이내에 연락 주세요. 이유를 따지지 않고 해당 결제 건을 전액 환불합니다. 첫 결제에만 한정되지 않습니다. 환불 요청 시 향후 갱신도 해지할지 알려주세요. 해지 자체가 환불 요청은 아닙니다. 이 약속 외에는 법이 요구하는 경우를 제외하고 이미 시작된 달을 일할 환불하지 않습니다. 강행 소비자보호법상 권리는 유지됩니다.

환불은 결제 서비스를 통해 처리합니다. 은행 반영 시점은 결제 제공업체와 은행에 따라 다르며 즉시 입금을 보장하지 않습니다.
