Risers holds a choir roster and a seating chart. It is built so that the list of people in it stays small, stays yours, and stays out of everyone else’s hands. This page says exactly what is collected, who can see it, how long it is kept, and how to get rid of it.
Risers는 합창단 명단과 좌석 배치도를 담습니다. 그 안의 사람 목록이 최소한으로만 모이고, 온전히 여러분의 것으로 남고, 다른 누구의 손에도 넘어가지 않도록 만들었습니다. 이 문서는 무엇이 수집되고, 누가 볼 수 있고, 얼마나 보관되며, 어떻게 지우는지를 정확히 적은 것입니다.

Just as important is what the app never asks for. There is no field for a singer’s email address, phone number, date of birth, student or member ID, address, photograph, grade, guardian, health information or anything biometric. The app does not read your contacts, your calendar, your camera, your microphone or your location. It has no field for a national identification number and none for a payment card belonging to a singer.
앱이 아예 묻지 않는 것도 그만큼 중요합니다. 단원의 이메일, 전화번호, 생년월일, 학번·교인번호, 주소, 사진, 성적, 보호자, 건강 정보, 생체 정보를 넣는 칸이 없습니다. 연락처·일정·카메라·마이크·위치도 읽지 않습니다. 주민등록번호를 넣는 칸도, 단원의 결제 카드를 넣는 칸도 없습니다.
A name and a voice part is the whole of it, and even the height is optional. If your institution would rather you did not record heights, simply leave that column empty; the app works without it.
사실상 이름과 성부가 전부이고, 키조차 선택입니다. 기관에서 키를 기록하지 않기를 원한다면 그 칸을 비워 두시면 됩니다. 없어도 앱은 그대로 동작합니다.
We run no analytics of any kind. We do not use cookies for advertising or measurement. The only thing stored in your browser besides your own choir is the session token that keeps you signed in, and a note of which language you chose. Our hosting provider keeps ordinary server logs containing IP addresses for a short period for security and abuse handling; we do not build profiles from them.
저희는 어떤 종류의 분석 도구도 쓰지 않습니다. 광고나 측정을 위한 쿠키도 없습니다. 브라우저에 저장되는 것은 여러분의 합창단 자료 외에는 로그인 유지를 위한 세션 토큰과 선택하신 언어뿐입니다. 호스팅 업체가 보안과 오·남용 대응을 위해 IP 주소가 포함된 일반적인 서버 로그를 짧은 기간 보관하지만, 저희가 그것으로 개인 프로필을 만들지는 않습니다.
The app makes no request to any font service, ad network or social network, and the downloadable preview makes no network request at all, by construction. There is one exception, and it is worth being exact about: the first time you import a roster from a Word file, a PDF or a photograph, the app downloads the library that reads that format from a public code archive. That request carries no information about you and none about your choir. The file and the photograph are read here, on your own device, and are never uploaded. There is no server that could receive them.
앱은 폰트 서비스, 광고망, 소셜 네트워크 그 어디에도 요청을 보내지 않고, 내려받는 미리보기 버전은 설계상 아무 통신도 하지 않습니다. 한 가지 예외가 있어 정확히 적어 둡니다. 워드 파일·PDF·사진에서 명단을 처음 가져오실 때, 앱이 그 형식을 읽는 라이브러리를 공개 코드 저장소에서 내려받습니다. 그 요청에는 이용자에 대한 정보도, 합창단에 대한 정보도 담기지 않습니다. 파일과 사진은 이 기기 안에서 읽히며, 업로드되지 않습니다. 받을 수 있는 서버 자체가 없습니다.
Three companies are involved, and no others. Each is bound by its own contract to use the data only to provide its service to us.

We publish this list here, and we will update it before adding anyone to it. If you hold a written agreement with us, we will give you notice before a new sub-processor is added, as that agreement requires.

If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, these are your rights under the GDPR, and our lawful basis is the contract with you for the account, and legitimate interests for keeping the service secure. If you are in the Republic of Korea, the same requests are handled under the Personal Information Protection Act. If you are in California, we do not sell or share personal information as those words are defined there, and we never have.
유럽경제지역·영국에 계신 경우 위 권리는 GDPR에 따른 것이며, 처리의 법적 근거는 계정에 관한 계약 이행과 서비스 보안을 위한 정당한 이익입니다. 대한민국에 계신 경우 같은 요청을 개인정보 보호법에 따라 처리합니다. 캘리포니아에 계신 경우, 저희는 그곳 법이 정의하는 의미의 개인정보 판매나 공유를 하지 않으며 한 적도 없습니다.
Risers is sold to adults — conductors, teachers and music directors. Children do not have accounts, cannot sign in, and are never contacted by us. When a teacher types a class list into the app, that list may be an education record belonging to the school, and the school stays in charge of it. Everything we do to support that is set out on the page for schools and districts, which is written for the person at your institution who has to review this.
Risers는 성인 — 지휘자·교사·음악감독 — 을 대상으로 제공됩니다. 어린이는 계정을 갖지 않고, 로그인할 수 없으며, 저희가 연락하는 일도 없습니다. 교사가 학급 명단을 입력하면 그 명단은 학교에 속한 교육 기록일 수 있고, 그 통제권은 학교에 있습니다. 이를 뒷받침하기 위한 내용은 학교·교육청용 페이지에 정리해 두었습니다. 기관에서 검토를 맡은 분을 위해 쓴 문서입니다.
Account data is stored in the United States. If your institution requires storage in a particular region, write to us before you sign up — it is a setting we choose when a database is created, not something that can be moved afterwards without care.
계정 자료는 미국에 저장됩니다. 기관에서 특정 지역 저장을 요구한다면 가입 전에 알려 주세요. 데이터베이스를 만들 때 정하는 설정이라, 나중에 옮기려면 별도의 준비가 필요합니다.
If personal information in Risers is exposed, we will tell affected account holders without undue delay and in any case within 72 hours of becoming aware, describing what happened, what was affected, and what we are doing. Where an institution holds a written agreement with us, we will also notify it directly within the time that agreement sets, so that it can meet its own notification duties.
Risers의 개인정보가 노출되면, 인지한 때로부터 지체 없이, 늦어도 72시간 이내에 해당 계정 이용자에게 무슨 일이 있었는지, 무엇이 영향을 받았는지, 저희가 무엇을 하고 있는지 알립니다. 서면 계약을 맺은 기관에는 계약이 정한 기한 안에 직접 통지하여, 그 기관이 자체 통지 의무를 이행할 수 있도록 합니다.
If this policy changes in a way that matters, we will say so in the app and by email to account holders at least 30 days before it takes effect, and the date at the top will change. Older versions are kept and can be requested.
이 방침이 중요한 부분에서 바뀌면 시행 최소 30일 전에 앱 안과 이메일로 알려 드리고, 맨 위의 날짜를 갱신합니다. 이전 버전은 보관하며 요청하시면 드립니다.
