Operational clarifications, 23 September 2026: imported source files are read on your device; extracted roster data may be saved to your signed-in cloud account. Avoid health information, government identifiers and other sensitive details in names, notes and custom labels. These clarifications do not waive existing customer rights or notice commitments.

For transactions using Stripe Managed Payments, Stripe's designated merchant-of-record entity handles the sale and applicable indirect tax within its coverage. Checkout and receipts identify the seller. Payment services may process billing/contact details, payment information and transaction/device information for payment, fraud prevention, support and tax obligations under their own privacy notices. Jari receives account-linked subscription and payment status; do not send card details to Jari support. Read Stripe's privacy policy and any additional notice displayed at checkout. This clarification does not enable a new payment provider or expand Jari's collection.

Sharing is an explicit action, not automatic sync. Both link types contain only the selected chart's title, visible seat positions and labels, instrument/part labels and conductor label. Full performer names are excluded by default and included only if you select that option. Check the preview: titles and custom labels may also identify people. Attendance, bench members, notes and other charts are excluded.

Snapshot links carry the chart copy in the link itself; Jari does not upload that copy to its database. Anyone receiving or copying the link can open it without signing in. It cannot be revoked or updated. Managed links, when the site owner activates the service, explicitly upload a chart copy to Supabase, allow manual updates and revocation, and expire after the selected 7, 30 or 90 days. Expiry blocks viewing; it is not an assurance of immediate physical deletion from database backups. Revocation deletes the live shared row. Neither type can recall copies already saved by recipients.

Share only material you are permitted to disclose, particularly for school groups. Clearing this browser does not revoke managed links. Deleting an account cannot remotely erase local data or exports on other devices. Older server copies from previous sync-enabled versions are not automatically erased by this update; contact the operator about deletion.

Just as important is what the app never asks for. There is no field for a singer’s email address, phone number, date of birth, student or member ID, address, photograph, grade, guardian, health information or anything biometric. The app does not read your contacts, your calendar, your camera, your microphone or your location. It has no field for a national identification number and none for a payment card belonging to a singer.

A name and a voice part is the whole of it, and even the height is optional. If your institution would rather you did not record heights, simply leave that column empty; the app works without it.
사실상 이름과 성부가 전부이고, 키조차 선택입니다. 기관에서 키를 기록하지 않기를 원한다면 그 칸을 비워 두시면 됩니다. 없어도 앱은 그대로 동작합니다.
We record account ID, UTC activity date, visit count and last activity time in Supabase for service usage statistics visible only to administrators. A new visit is counted after 30 minutes without recorded activity or on a new UTC day. The activity table does not collect IP addresses, device fingerprints, page histories or roster content. Records older than the 90-day window are removed when new activity is recorded. Deleting an account deletes its activity records. We do not use cookies for advertising or measurement. Working ensemble data is stored in this browser and copied to the signed-in account in Supabase for cross-device access. Supabase also receives explicitly published managed chart snapshots. The hosting provider may keep ordinary server logs containing IP addresses for security and abuse handling; we do not build profiles from them.

The app makes no request to a font service, ad network or social network. Supabase is used for sign-in, account-scoped cross-device storage, permissions and optional managed sharing. Stripe processes checkout and subscription payments. Public code libraries may be downloaded when a format needs to be read; those requests carry no roster contents. The imported file and photograph are read on your device and are not uploaded by Jari.

Supabase is used for sign-in, account-scoped cross-device storage, permissions and optional managed sharing; Stripe handles subscription checkout and payment processing. Netlify and public CDNs may deliver app files and import libraries. Each provider receives only what it needs to provide that service.

If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, these are your rights under the GDPR, and our lawful basis is the contract with you for the account, and legitimate interests for keeping the service secure. If you are in the Republic of Korea, the same requests are handled under the Personal Information Protection Act. If you are in California, we do not sell or share personal information as those words are defined there, and we never have.

Jari accounts are for adults aged 18 or older — conductors, teachers and music directors. Children must not create accounts. This age rule is not a claim of technical age verification. We do not direct account communications to children. When a teacher types a class list into the app, that list may be an education record belonging to the school, and the school stays in charge of it. Everything we do to support that is set out on the page for schools and districts, which is written for the person at your institution who has to review this.

Provider storage regions and contractual transfer arrangements must be confirmed for institutional requirements. Processing may involve international transfers. Contact us before uploading data subject to a particular residency requirement; this page does not guarantee a particular storage region.

If personal information in Jari is exposed, we will tell affected account holders without undue delay and in any case within 72 hours of becoming aware, describing what happened, what was affected, and what we are doing. Where an institution holds a written agreement with us, we will also notify it directly within the time that agreement sets, so that it can meet its own notification duties.
Jari의 개인정보가 노출되면, 인지한 때로부터 지체 없이, 늦어도 72시간 이내에 해당 계정 이용자에게 무슨 일이 있었는지, 무엇이 영향을 받았는지, 저희가 무엇을 하고 있는지 알립니다. 서면 계약을 맺은 기관에는 계약이 정한 기한 안에 직접 통지하여, 그 기관이 자체 통지 의무를 이행할 수 있도록 합니다.
If this policy changes in a way that matters, we will say so in the app and by email to account holders at least 30 days before it takes effect, and the date at the top will change. Older versions are kept and can be requested.
