Accounts are intended for adults. Working rosters, charts and attendance are stored locally and, while signed in, in account-scoped cloud storage. Public-by-link sharing is optional; full names are excluded by default, but custom labels may still identify people. A checkbox is not a substitute for school authorization, a required agreement or legally valid consent.

Ask your institution to review data categories, authority to upload, permitted sharing, retention, deletion, provider locations and incident contacts. Where required, complete a written data-protection agreement before uploading identifiable student records. FERPA, COPPA and New York Education Law 2-d depend on the institution, users and use of the service; this page does not certify compliance. School authorization does not transfer an operator’s applicable COPPA obligations to the school.
